What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect your email, phone number, the city and state of the home, an optional first name, an optional closing date, what you tell us is going on, and any file you upload (PDF, JPG, or PNG of a sewer inspection report).
How we use it
We use your report and details to produce an AI-generated explanation and email it to you. AI tools process the file to produce that explanation; it is guidance, not a diagnosis. If you request local help, we may share your contact details and file with one participating specialist so they can reach you. We do not sell your information or send it to a list of contractors.
Referral fees
We may receive a referral fee from participating contractors. That fee does not change what a specialist charges you.
Storage and deletion
Files are stored on a cloud storage service under an unguessable link and are not listed publicly. Email help@sewerlinehq.com to ask for a copy or deletion of your data and we will act on it.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics and, if we run ads, conversion tracking. These tools see page views and form submissions, not the contents of your report.
